The hotel's location opposite the train station makes it convenient for transportation. It is also close to the city centre, with access to all the attractions. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The hotel facilities are beautiful, and the cleanliness is excellent.

Everything was perfect and fairly clean, I liked location and staff. Brand-new hotel located short walk to the centre as well as the train station. Also, it was close to a central square.

I was kinda surprised by the beautiful decor of the hotel. The whole building has a lovely ambiance. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request, greatly appreciated. I had a great experience at Arok and would recommend it to others.

The hotel lived up to its description with comfortable and clean accommodations. The staff was friendly and cute, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a bar within the hotel that offered a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch.
The quality of the soap provided for showering could be improved, as it didn't quite meet our expectations. this seems to be a common issue in many hotels.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Strasbourg that exceeded my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the breathtaking Cathedral and surrounded by charming French buildings and cozy cafes. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Additionally, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast spread every morning, providing a great start to the day. One small detail that I appreciated was the 24-hour hot beverage machine and the inviting terrace where I could relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the weather outside.
No complaints - everything was just right.
